What started as a couple plain white roses and peonies became a beautiful, fresh and clean bouquet with the help of color from the yellow billy balls and dark green leaves!

Here are two versions of our cascading pinwheel cake. It is created with gumpaste that was cut out with scalloped round cutters and then delicately hand scored to look like pinwheels.
Here is a video demo I made to show how I pipe a chrysanthemum out of buttercream. The tip used is wilton #81 and the buttercream is swiss meringue based. Enjoy!
I recently made a soft toned buttercream tulip cake to warm up in this wintry weather! This cake features a striped side design created with a cake comb and two tones of buttercream.
I do! These custom cake toppers of a bride and groom were made out of pure gumpaste. So you can have your topper and eat it too!
Shades of dark blues and black contrasted with white and gold create a special moodiness to this cake.
