Spring Wreath Cake
A wreath arrangement of buttercream flowers is just what you need for your next picnic! A little touch of yellow here and there brightens everything!
Billy Balls and Blueberries
Billy balls are one of my favorite flowers. It makes me happy to just look at them! I added them to this buttercream flower arrangement to contrast the dark blueberries and purple blossoms.

Buttercream Floral Straw Cake
Here is a cake to bring your spring thoughts on this cold winter day! All the flowers are meticulously piped with buttercream and arranged onto a three layer vanilla cake. A little straw accent completes this wreath design.
Buttercream Dream
Pretty rows of buttercream flowers ready to be arranged on top of cakes!
Floral Silhouette Cake
Our floral silhouette cake is currently featured in New Jersey Bride magazine in their "Things We Love" section! It was also named one of America's Most Beautiful Cakes by Brides magazine back in 2011. It's such a classic and timeless design!
Wafer Paper Flowers
Today I was stuck indoors because of the blizzard, so I spent the day playing around with wafer paper flowers. Lovely ranunculus and anemones are shaping up!
Pagoda Cake
Check out our latest cake in the shape of a pagoda that was center stage at a birthday party for the cutest little girl! This cake had a variety of techniques such as sculpting, fondant extruding, wafer paper cutout, debossing, royal icing piping, and metallic painting. Special thanks to Angi and Co. and Eroula Dimitriou Photography!
Ampersand
Ampersands make such a bold statement and are so beautiful at the same time. Here is an ampersand in edible form! Learn how to make it in my Craftsy class!
